GriefShare 4.0 Support Group
GriefShare 4.0, a nationally-known healing resource, is a special-help support group for those experiencing grief and loss of a loved one. The 13-week program begins Saturday, January 10, 2026, and will be held at First Baptist Church of Mountain Home from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Each session includes a hope-filled, 30-minute video featuring interviews from nationally-recognized experts on grief recovery and faith, as well as study guide discussions and round-table conversations. Join us for yoga! The Library asks that all patrons arrive between 3:45-4:00pm. Volunteer, Tony Khayat, will lead you through gentle exercises to promote fitness and flexibility.
